Like everyone else, I've no idea what's going on. It's been 48 hours and I can't access or upload to the GoComics website, so here, least they be forgotten to history are the strips that never were.

Rabbits Reuben Awards Submission Package 2022

I’m deeply humbled, and honored, that my comic strip Rabbits Against Magic has (for the third time!) been nominated by my peers as one of the three finalists for the Silver Reuben award by the National Cartoonists Society for "Best On-Line Comic Strip". The winner will be announced in September’s black tie ceremony in Kansas City, MO. Congrats to the other nominees... the amazing Rich Powell and the wonderful Scott Nickel too.

The NCS only requires 8 samples now (down from the previous12). It was a pretty daunting task to whittle all of last year's strips down to just 8. The voting was done online and any member of the NCS could vote.  Previously, only one chapter (often only four or five people) who make the selections.

Quite the collection here of rabbit/hat/magic themed comic strips.  Maybe it's almost enough for this to be a "thing".  I've actually had the pleasure of meeting all these cartoonists in real life.

Rabbits Against Street Food

When I read through the daily strips every morning, one of the highlights is always the art of Tak Bui, the artist behind PC and Pixel. His line work and details make the strip a huge outlier in the comic strip world where most strips are simplified and have minimal backgrounds.

Rabbits Against Strange Brew

A great joke from the always amusing John Deering in his "Strange Brew" strip today.  I think the name "Quackenbush" makes it even funnier.

Fargo started off Season 2 Episode 3 with a vintage rabbit out of a hat trick. The only sour point to an otherwise excellent TV series.
