 Here's a still from an animated movie that came out last year (2021) called "Les voisins de mes voisins sont mes voisins" (My neighbors' Neighbor)

I'm not a fan of the animation style but it loos fun.  There's a trailer here. According to their website: "A magician saws his victim (sic) in front of his audience on the ring of a circus, but lets the legs escape, which take refuge in a nearby building, in the apartment of a lonely bachelor. An ogre is about to eat when he is interrupted by his neighbor who comes to entrust him with two children to look after".
